Oh most definitely full.
The clarity of the glass and your hand is excellent. Nice Depth.

Hey James. I noticed that greenish-yellowish feel on your recent photos. I love it. Is it from camera settings or Photoshop afterwork?
cheers friend

Neither.... the glass is at least 4/5 empty cuz air is the largest part of waters make-up.... lol.... sooooo, there ya go. hahahaa

Someone's always gotta be a wise-ass. Maybe that's what I'll shoot next. A wise-ass. :D
Water is expressed as H2O, which means there is twice as much Hydrogen as Oxygen... also, the composition of dry atmosphere, by volume ppmv: (parts per million by volume)
Nitrogen (N2) 780,840 ppmv (78.084%)
Oxygen (O2) 209,460 ppmv (20.946%)
Argon (Ar) 9,340 ppmv (0.9340%)
Carbon dioxide (CO2) 381 ppmv
Neon (Ne) 18.18 ppmv
Helium (He) 5.24 ppmv
Methane (CH4) 1.745 ppmv
Krypton (Kr) 1.14 ppmv
Hydrogen (H2) 0.55 ppmv
but Air is also composed of between 1% and 4% water vapour (H2O)... so the glass is actually mostly water and not mostly air in any case. :D

Full, empty or with specific percentages of molecular composition
I like it whichever way

"Is the glass half full, or half empty?"
The logical side of my brain always wants to ask, "Well, did you pour the water in, or drink it out?" ;-)
But my personality always says: "Half full!"
Great photo!
