@ Single Malt: Knuckle is the German name
for it but we'd call it shank. ;-) Whatever
you call it, it was good!

Jackie: Of course! The wine in the other
photos wasn't (that was a spur of the moment
fill in since M2 was sick - it was Riesling
but Washington...). But for dinner we had a
Spatburgunder - Darting Spatburgunder Trocken
Pfalz 2004.
I don't know much about German wine so I
punted to the guys at Esquin. This wine was
good but I thought the lamb tromped on it a
bit.
