I know, most of you may be impressed about the bicycle use, but it´s normal here in Finland to use it even on snowy days. Most people want to exercise and enjoy fresh air, and of course it´s a way to preserve the environment. Usually the municipalities take care of pedestrian roads, so people trust that they can go to work or anywhere else by bike.
