    I love the way there's a sort of tension here, the people are outwardly relaxed but waiting for the rush later (I imagined it as the day time counterpart to this one of yours).. though they're on dirfferent sides of the world

    Thanks Ian, yes there is a strong connection with a few of these recent shots. The cinematic mood, lighting and story seem to join them together. Another interesting aspect is how each image feels disconnected from our current era, there are very few elements that date these images.

    Very nice lighting - question: why would you want basketball hoops attached to someone's wall? That's only slightly less noisy than playing basketball indoors. Or is that the wall of the restaurant, like for decoration?
