Last weekend I was in Cincinnati, OH, working at the annual homeschool convention with a vendor. We had some downtime after setting up the first day, so four of us guys took a walk over the bridge into Kentucky.

My brother's been working on fencing a new section of pasture for our animals: three goats, a horse, a miniature horse, a cow, and a lamb.

Spring! Mom brought home a whole bag of garlic the other day. A local organic farmer was going to throw it out because many of the bulbs were drying out.

So I have garlic to grow this year. I'm excited!

Now if only our seed potatoes would arrive...

Dad bought his ME Super when he was in college... He didn't go all out and buy a K1000, since he was mainly using it for school. Funny how these beautiful SLRs are now considered very high end by the average person.

If there's anyone who I feel as close as I do to my own brother, it's this guy. Feels like we've known each other our whole lives, but really it's only been 5 years.
