The tree in Trevett-Finch Park

There exists a small park in Champaign wherein a spectacular tree grows. It appears to be five separate trees whose trunks have grown off to the side in an attempt to avoid tangling with one another. They come together at the base in a wonderful mesh of twisted, gnarled, bark. The upper branches have intertwined to support one another. It is an amazing site, and, according to my kids, a terrific climbing tree.
