      @imthekeymaster- she posted her pattern on livejournal almost 2 years ago, and I modified it. I posted this pic in livejournal and she complimentedit, so....there's not really an issue... in case you didn't see, I never claimed to have made the pattern myself, just to have stitched this sampler...
