I love Elderflower beverages--now it's a liqueur!

	c(h)ristine says: I took a sip--and have decided that i would prefer it with some ice, straight up. but i have seen many cocktail recipes--such as one mixing gin, lillet blanc, and elderflower liqueur.....and another one that is gin, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur. i made the first one and it doesn't taste as good as drinking the liqueur straight up!
