	c(h)ristine says: recipe... ingredients: boneless chicken breasts (1 pound) baking powder (about 2T), lawry's seasoning salt (about 1T or to taste) flour (about 1 cup) eggs (2-3) plain bread crumbs (about 2-3 cups) oil lemon juice instructions: pound chicken breasts until they're at most 1/4 inch thick. (you can cut them into smaller pieces, they get larger as you pound them) squeeze lemon juice on pounded chicken breasts, let sit for a few minutes while chicken breasts marinate in lemon juice, prepare the following...in one shallow dish combine flour, salt and baking powder....in another shallow dish, beat eggs until broken and combined...in third shallow dish, pour bread crumbs (these will be your dipping stations). take chicken pieces, dip first into the flour mixture...then into the eggs....then lastly cover with breadcrumbs. fry each of the pieces in oil heated at approx 350 degrees fahrenheit. voila!
