oh, fantastic, if only they made cotton wool fumes.

some great work here, real imagination and great execution.

really disappointed with our lot this year, only a few stand out pieces. Too much work lacking clarity of thought. we're loosing the battle here at fareham, the students aren't being pushed to communicate or engage with anyone or anything beyond their own narrow experience.

Ha yes imagine that! this student was looking at gender issues and using yarn bombing to make the bike look less masculine.

oh dear that's a shame about your students :[ what are your plans to get their juices flowing?

      yarn bombing, that's great.

blimey, just re-read my comment. I think getting them to connect a bit more with the stuff that's going on elsewhere, get into a few galleries, speak to some practising artists.

have you thought about linking with Portsmouth University? perhaps a project? I might be able to help facilitate?

That is the coolest thing EVER! Did you just cover a motorcycle? Or didn't you actually knit/crochet it? I'm assuming that you covered it right? Either way you did it, it's amazing. You've got some crazy talent! :)
