Another one from Sunday-Shooting with Henry.
Last day at work for the next 1 1/2 weeks. I am looking forward to great shooting times and it snowed today so everythings seems to be just as I hoped. Lets see!

BIG BLACK
One of the promised results of my UrbEx trip with Henry yesterday. You can find his interpretation of this scene here.
The trip was a really good one. We first visited the object that I developed some time ago. It was OK there but not too interesting.
We met an old guy who collected metal at this property and while chatting with him he told us about another interesting place not far away. His instruction was very inaccurate.
It was like "you have to go this direction, you will find a supermarket somewhere about 2 or 3 kilometres away. The object is somewhere between this supermarket and the old rails in the field. Just look around there". Even if this sounds clear to you it did not to us.
We decided not to try to find this place because of the vague instruction and because of the fact that I somehow did not know if he is really telling the truth. Nevertheless we left the area to find a place to eat. After having a snack we tried to find our way back to this first place but we got lost. The streets were weird, we saw the same crossing about five times and then we discovered this awesome building on the horizon. We had to go there!
The whole area was like from another world. There were something like streets but everywhere some big concrete rocks obstructed the way. There were wholes in the ground and then I found the babies you see further up. I instantly knew that those will be the my "shot of the day". I was right.
I am pretty sure about the fact that I will post more shots from yesterday soon. And I am even surer that I will go back there during the next weeks.
Much too many things remained undiscovered when we had to leave.
BTW: I just hit the 150.000 Stream-Click count. Thanks to you all!!!

Another bird shot. I liked it even though its a bit like the one that I posted recently.
Tomorrow will be a good day. I will go shooting with Henry and we will visit a nice UrbEx location I recently found. We have not meet for a long time so I am looking forward to that even more. I think you can be sure to find some results here soon.

what photography is all about

I like the little things that not everyone sees.
Next week will be the last one before 10 days off working.
I hope for snow during that time because I remember shooting snow last year and it was one of the best photography days ever since. You can be so creative when every place you already have been to many times before looks completely different.
Its inspiring.
