My Box of Clay

This is where I store my opened packages of clay, grouped by color.

Some of the colors have very specific memories for me. I know which green is left over from my That's Clever filming. I know I made a monkey sculpture out of *that* brown.

Course it's nice to have various shades mixed up & conditioned, especially if I just need a little dab. I can just grab something and keep working.

I have a little section reserved for a few canes. I also have a little compartment for honest-to-goodness "scrap" clay -- stuff like the weak brands of clay that I wouldn't want to use for normal projects.
