      haha, melissa believe me... i'm not the type of person who will incessantly dress up her dog but it's been SOOOO windy and cold here the last few days. the poor thing, all 3 pounds of her, shivers and shakes when I take her outside so I resorted to a cute turtleneck sweater. :)
