In my quest to find the best iPhone apps out there, I submit a Parmesan grater application for your approval. Steve Jobs has not returned my calls, but I think this is a pretty cutting edge idea . . .

I had no idea how tough it would be to capture the iPhone because of the glare and angle - the cheese aroma was very cathartic in the whole process . . .
