Cheese lovers united for a day of cheese and butter making at the Cornell pilot plant on April 9. The workshop was hosted by the Cornell Cheese Club, which was founded in the spring of 2009 by four graduate students in the Department of Food Science - Daina, Reid, Matt, and Steve. The group holds regular events, including wine and cheese pairings; the latest will be held at Dano's on Seneca on April 21!
