Ediths House

Edith passed away on Sunday in the house she lived in for over 55 years.

As i was standing in front of her place a neighbor walked by and told me how he used to see her all the time out front washing her blue car.

Today it was covered in dust.

    R.I.P. Edith Macefield.

      Hi,

I've read this story in the seattlepi and have reached to your picture.

As you have a CC license I've included your picture in a post I've published in my personal Blog to tell about this story.

Here in Spain we also have a great urbanistic pressure and mobbing so I thought it would be a good idea tot tell about it. You can read (see) the post here.

No tothom te un preu (Not everyone has a price)

I hope you don't have any inconvenient with publishing your picture, but if you do, please drop me a message.

      Hi Albir,

Thanks for the link to the story (now i need to learn to read Spanish).

By all means, use my image freely (meaning you can use it as much as you like as long as its not for profit).

Unfortunately it appears as though giant development corporations are buying up chunks of cities all around the world and utterly destroying them. I'm sorry to hear this is happening in Spain as well.
