When your out moving cattle and the creek is swollen ...You can watch for where the cattle have been crossing and usually that is a safe bet that you can ford the creek at that location...You might have to cross as many as a half dozen times to keep the cattle moving on down the line..to be accounted for...A person wants to ford the creek as quietly and efficiently as possible especially in riparian areas set aside for re growth and habitat...In those areas cattle and horseman are not allowed... youtu.be/vXkG6tw3zbo

We had a little snow this past weekend...Down in the badlands behind the place ...Some wranglers are wintering about 300 head of horses...I went along with them to feed yesterday and hope to bring you some nice Black & White images..from todays snow storm...that is supose to roll through...in the evening light...
