On a road trip to the" Country Mercantile",trading post on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation near Blackfoot,Idaho. I took a detour down to my old fishing hole to view the Buffalo...down on Spring Creek, where the horses and the Buffalo Roam at free will... I was not disappointed...There were several bands of horses and ample Buffalo for as far as the eye could see.
This breeding bull was the largest North American critter that I have ever seen...He was separated with about 20 females for breeding...He had the world by the horns... Ten Turner makes headlines...The Bannock-Shoshone make Buffalo and they have been selectively breeding them for a hundred years
