Hot Spam is great (apologies to other foodies) so I thought I would give it a try on a stone-baked Spam Pizza. It was great. Cut your Spam thinner and smaller if you don't need to spell it!

Great shot!
How was the pizza?

Really tasty thanks! The spam is really juicy when grilled, though a little salty. The cheese was home-made so didn't melt as well as I had hoped, but it was a great pizza.
Nb: Keep taking those great shots, I feel as though I know half of New York's eateries now!

heh heh... very nice :)
if i do have my spam, i tend to like it fried to a crisp like American bacon, or at least crisp on the outside and moist and juicy inside.
it's also good diced up in fried rice!

Nice idea - I've added your tip to the special fried rice page. Thanks!
