tuna casserole - a recipe makeover
for my nutrition class, we had to take a recipe and revise it to make it healthier (ie lower in fat, cholesterol, and sodium)...i managed to cut the fat in this dish by 70%, the saturated fat by 78%!! the cholesterol by 65% and the sodium by 70%. All in all a complete success. AND it was pretty tasty too!
