I had to be careful about how I took photos while in The Dump. This is after all where these people work. I was barging in to their work place and trying to take photos, so it was a tricky mix of shooting and talking and saying hola. Because my spanish wasn't that great, I was trying to find people that were already engaged in a conversation, walking up to them and then getting a photo.
This however was a little different. I saw this guy walking toward me and instantly saw the amazing reflection in his glasses.
That is smoke in the background... People set trash on fire, to keep things from building up too to much.
