The only color I'd modify a bit with "Selective Color" is the blue in the sky. It's got a bit too much cyan in my opinion. The deep contrast and saturation in the house and trees work perfectly.

Very striking shot.

Yep, Lightroom is really awesome for adjusting the color saturation - best I have seen for this type of post processing. Interesting color combinations, very earthy and the white paint is a fantastic contrast.

What a fantastic house. That yellow and red really stands out and draws the eye. A great shot and intensely saturated colour. I see what the others mean about the sky but I suppose it does match the intensity of the house colours. I think I would like to live there.
