SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 25, 2012) Dolphins play in the wake of the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46). Tortuga is a part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and is participating in Balikatan 2012, an annual bilateral exercise designed to improve interoperability between the U.S. Navy, Marines and Armed Forces of the Philippines.
