Jason Harrel, from Thousand Oaks, Calif., assigned to the Black Knights of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 154. Decontamination sites are set up in the forecastle aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) to monitor all flight deck personnel. Ronald Reagan is off the coastline of Japan to provide disaster relief and humanitarian assistance to Japan as directed in support of Operation Tomodachi.
