November 21th at Carnets d’Asie
Most of young cambodian people never saw pictures or documentaries about the khmer rouge period.
When testing the video-projector in the afternoon showing Rithy Pan’s documentary S21 (about torture and mass executions in Tuol Sleng jail in Phnom Penh) the young cambodian staff at Carnet d’Asie restaurant gathered totally fascinated by this story almost untell for them.

Le 21 novembre à Carnets d’Asie

La plupart des jeunes cambodgiens n’ont jamais vu de photos ou de documentaires sur la période khmer rouge.
Lors du calage du video-projecteur l’après-midi en projetant le documentaire de Rithy Pan S21 ( sur les tortures et les executions de masse dans la prison de Tuol sleng à Phnom Penh) le personnel cambodgien du restaurant Carnet d’Asie regarda avec fascination cette part de leur histoire qui leur est pratiquement inconnue.

Last year the Khmer guide told us he wanted to go ahead and didn't feel much about this in the past..
Maybe just to remember not to repeat those bad history again
