All washed & crinkly!
I made this quilt for the Bay Area Modern Quilt Guild Kona Challenge. I got a free Kona charm pack in the Bright colorway, and I bought a second charm pack and Kona White for the background. I used Kona Hibiscus for the binding, which I love!
I used the Short Story quilt pattern from Schnibbles, without the borders. It was a lot of work! I kinda resent it when patterns require certain rulers or whatever, (especially since I didn't know I needed it until after I got the pattern!), but I love how it turned out.
Hand quilted in the ditch in a chevron pattern in white thread.
It's baby size, about 40" by 56" or so. I'm sending it off to a friend who's expecting a baby!
Featured as a Friday Favorite on In Color Order! Yay!
