Pacific Star II
July 5th. This was the second, more successful launch of the Pacific Star, with slight modifications and a redesign from the 1st gen model used a month ago.
The balloon was launched in Oxnard CA, and attained a height of 125,000 feet (23.67 miles) and traveled 17.6 miles, landing a bit northeast of Santa Paula.
