Purple Flower Remix

This is a photo I took a few years ago.
A friend had asked me for a print of it, and as I went back to the original edit I decided I could do better. I added some colorization to better balance the colors, added selective blurring to make the subject(s) stand out, and selectively muted color. It's better, still not great.

Booyah!

This is our dog's best friend, Booyah. I'm getting nervous that my photostream is going to be all dog photos, but each time I post a dog portrait I get a huge spike in views. It is shameless but i've kept a repository of dog pictures to give my ratings a boost every now and again.

Defy Gravity

So it's like a faux high-speed camera shot. I t reminds me a little of pop-corn popping under super high speeds, but maybe that's just me. I am reading an older book on how to create cool photo effects pre-photoshop days. Not that I'm knocking photoshop, but it is fun to pay homage to the classics.
