    The sensor for Nike+ is a few days off, so I shall be running in estimation mode.

      do they have the clip on the bottom for the bike pedal? surely you won't be using this straight on pavement, without bicyclic intermediation...

      @d'arcy I have other shoes, I am geting a bit Imelda like.... I do have clip-ons on my older mtn bike, not sure if I am ready for using them up in trails here til I get my riding chops back (the old bike is getting a tuneup, but I am getting tempted by the shiny new ones at the store)
