Just a Quiet Summer Day in Arizona
The first real summer thunderstorm hit Strawberry Arizona today. I took the dogs for a short walk, seeing the looming gray clouds and distant thunder, it was cutting it close.
About a quarter mile from home, the rain started, a pitter patter, then more steady, and then solid sheets. And then... buckets of hail! The hail dropped for a good 15 minutes, and left a blanket that looked more like February then July. In about 20 minutes, the temperature dropped from 83 (F) to 60, and I caught this action on my back deck.
Nothing like an outbreak of weather!

No need to upload my footage since you beat me to it. You just can't appreciate a storm like that unless you live in AZ.
