Flor Azul, Nicaragua Intelly/Grumpy NYC

    First thing at our NYC studio was to stop by at Café Grumpy and buy some of the Flor Azul, Nicaragua that Intelligentsia roasts for them.
    Brewed it on the chemex. Nice mouthfeel, smooth, apple, nutty.... very mild.
    I will try it again tomorrow with less coffee!
