Cupping La Caféotheque Coffees @ Sthlm

I was sent some coffees from the micro-roasters / coffee bar La Caféotheque in Paris.
We cupped them at my home over Christmas.
They are very different coffees although the kids in Paris roast their coffees toward second crack so they are all quite dark for us here in Sweden. I prefer the hint of mint and sweetness of the El Salvador although the Brazil is really super-rich with chocolate and earth!
In the end my favorite way to brew them for 'spro & cappuccinos is to make a 50/50 blend of them!

Merry Christmas Eve Morning Capp

Trimmed the tree last night. We are thrilled as always. Finest tree on Stockholm!
The kids opened their stocking stuffers and I made myself a double capp with the Stumptown Hairbender that my dad brought from NYC yesterday!
I relize that my "new" latte art is a variant of "fire ball eater" that's been around a while ;-)
