Yeah, it seems a bit egoistic, even for God.
Reminds me of "Me, me, ME! Norma
Desmond!" BTW, though, I like the dirt
and dry chaparral in the foreground, the
solid black sign with white lettering, and
the light blue sky with white a dark
blue-gray clouds. An overall nice
composition!
