Assorted wild fruits by codiferous.
Assorted wild berries on the Thornton Lakes Trail in North Cascades National Park. From top to bottom: black huckleberry (Vaccinium membranaceum), Alaskan huckleberry (Vaccinium alaskaense), clasping-leaved twisted stalk (Streptopus aplexicaulis), and salmonberry (Rubus spectabilis).

Well I can't say for sure that the Streptopus berries (the smooth reddish pear-shaped ones) are technically considered "edible" but I ate a few of them and didn't experience any health problems! The rest of them are most definitely edible.
