There is an elephant in the way

Love the time and detail put into this answer. I don't think I would have been able to draw an elephant this well. And why an elephant? Why not a box or a car? : D

No. That's what "comes to rest" means. Not moving. It may start moving again after that. Or the elephant steps on it.
