Possibly my favourite 365 image of the week (except young Isaac on Wednesday of course!)

A little fun image from my drive back to Kent from the North East at the weekend ... weather was really crap on the A1.

OK perhaps lacking inspiration but I've got the start of a migraine and yes I know red wine and cheese are not the best known cures for headaches but I'm going to give it a shot ... lol no pun intended

Isaac at 5 months

Took a gamble today, the boss is out for the day and I'm off work until tomorrow so I figured I'd try some baby portraits; waited until the little fella had been fed and was quite content ... popped him on the long rug in the living room, a couple of remote speedlights and lot's of silly baby talk and constant checking to make sure he'd not done a pee on the rug or I would have been in trouble !

Turned into chaos quite quickly as Isaac was more interested in his reflection that the camera so I only really got about 10 shots before he totally lost interest - the setup took longer than anything else still I quite like this shot - 2nd from last of the 10 ... lol

Driving home to Kent from the North East today took forever; ok not quite forever but 7 hours in the car to do just under 300 miles is silly. Mist, fog and drizzle all the way so traffic was slow.

Stopped at a truck stop just north of Doncaster to pick up a drink and couldn't resist clambering into the nearby field to get a shot of this pylon half covered in fog. I stopped several more times after this and got a few interesting fog type shots I might actually get chance to post in the next day or so.

I did the editing for this back at Cambridge Services but for some reason when I uploaded to flickr via the wifi hotspot on my android phone the image came out all pixelated so I deleted it and have uploaded again now I'm home :-)
