Polio outbreak campaign

Namibia drives polio immunisation campaign (IOL).

We went for a polio vaccination booster dose before we left incase they stopped us at the border on our way out of Namibia. These posters were stuck up all around the town.

I'd love to know what's up with that kid's mouth in the poster? It looks like he was chowing on cotton wool or something...
