4th of 5 experiments using Photoshop filters to work with an image of prickly pear cactus, taken at the Desert Botanical Gardens last weekend. This one is inversted from the original, then added the neon glow filter and finally the "equalize" adjustment. Best view is large or better yet, the original size view which is 1800 pixels wide. Well... maybe it looks best large to those who appreciate psychodelia, ha ha!

Wonderful idea! When I am in the Chihuahuan Desert, collecting agates and driving around with my guide, I often see some that are almost completely purple! Almost everyone who has gone with me makes a comment about them.
