Fall Color and Surprise

All these are shadows of the trunk and branches, seen large here.

A casual glance at the image will not show something I thought was fun: the tree branches and trunk are not shown, but their shadows are. The previous photo shows the actual tree in the clinic lot in Kingman, Arizona. This is the same site where I got those photos of the prickly pear cactus with the amazing multitude of fruits.
