Bananas Foster
At lunch today in Tucson, I could not resist ordering dessert for a change... UPDATE JULY 2010 - Horror of horrors, I discovered that Mimi's Cafe has discontinued Bananas Foster pie from the dessert menu! I was so so sorry to learn this when I happily sat down at this same restaurat a month ago and was tryig to place an order for it. Let me tell you, the new dessert offerings are rather small and boring. Well rats, now I only have one reason to go to Mimi's Cafe now, and that is their fresh strawberry lemondade. I hope I have not jinxed that item from the menu offerings too.

I will have to make a desktop out of this for fun once-in-a-while. This was very extraordinary - not heavy at all. I had to laugh - my friend also thought of the idea to take a photo before I sampled right when I did. But she said it first, and then we both reached for our cameras, ha ha!
