Coast Guard - Joint Boarding

SAN PEDRO, Calif. A Border Enforcement Security Task Force boarding team conducts a security boarding on a tanker vessel April 29 off the coast of Long Beach, Calif. The Los Angeles BEST is the nation's first seaport task force of its kind, bringing together multiple agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, California Border Patrol, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and Los Angeles and Long Beach Port Police.
