intended to get married again. I took
it to be the old woman who lived next
door to him and who had always been
so good to him. He was advising me
to do likewise, but that I will never do.
Life is very lonely, but while I have my
health I can do a lot of good in many
ways. There are times when I feel quite
home sick for America, and if I did not
have Myrtle to look after I would go over
at once. One of the sons have offered to
keep her if I should go over in an
other years time. Things are too unsettled
over there just now.
Now in regards to your letter
Well I have all the records of all the
family in the Bible that Mother gave
me when I got married [02 July 1896]
And I will copy yours out and send
you. You were born in Feb. 4 1882
The only certificates we had was our
baptism. I can remember seeing
Mother giving them all to Lizzie Maker
who lived next door to us in National Mine.
She copied them out into my Bible
what Mother did with them after that I
don't know. Even Mother[s] marriage Cert[ificate].
Some years ago, I sent Willie['s] on to him.
I don't just know how you want me
to make it out but if this is not
