I love this dress. The collar makes me incredibly happy.

Black and white wrap skirt: bought at a boutique in Evanston, IL
Leggings and socks: Target
Shoes: I don't recall

Thanks everybody! I conceptualized this outfit at night and then wasn't so sure about this combination once I'd put it on the next morning, but I'm glad I overcame my early morning conservatism. Things work out best when I don't try to think too much first thing in the morning. :-)
