Dancing

    This guy is well known in Stockholm. He wears these clothes around the year, even on the coldest winter day. He dances around, I think he likes to be seen.

      HA! Well I remember seeing that guy near the TGIF at Kungsträdgården. That must be his 'hood.

      At least he's slim and not, uh, shall we say... heavy.
