Reminds me of this cartoon I saw called Spongebob where the main character and his friend opened a hit company where they sold colored burger things that looked just like those.

When I read "Macaroon" I thought of "Macaroni" (because macaroni in Spanish is "macarrones") and I was thinking how weird those were, quite big to eat them! :P
