      I don't get the inconsistency. Why not the whole hog and plump for Spring Roll's if they don't understand the difference between a plural and a possessive?

      Cloudsoup - I think that's evidence of the supposed 'rule' that apostrophes should be used after vowels, but not consonants. There seems to be a lot of this about.
