Mint Chocolate Chip Soy Ice Cream

Liz bought me a fantastic ice cream maker for my birthday, and here you see some of the output. With BBQ'd chocolate banana. And 'cream'. And some more mint. (Just in case the ice cream wasn't enough by itself). Recipe on her blog here.
