freshly oiled tools

i got lost in my archives yesterday -- what a pleasure. the photos weren't so great (i've come a long way, baby), but i unearthed lots of happy memories. i forgot about this pic. probably one of the first decent images i made with any sort of photographic intention. it brings back the vivid memory of cleaning, oiling, and repairing all of the farm tools while shivering next to a wood stove in January. good times. 129_2913
