I started the day with a 90 minute hike on Mt. Seymour. With dry snow falling, it was beautiful. Snow on cedar boughs and a light dusting on the trail. But, I didn't have a camera with me, so today it's a photo of this week's coffee beans. I tried shoot from below in the hopes of making this look epic. And I'm planning on not playing with camera this evening, so this is what you get.

Fun with an off camera flash. Or a really bright laptop. You decide.

There are a couple of way I could comment on this photo. First, a typical slide tray holds 80 images. The results of a 365 on slides would need four and half of these trays, which takes up a lot of room. Or the same number of pictures could be stored on an SD card. Or, I could mention the last time I was in Hong Kong was in December of 1996, when the territory was under British Administration. Tempted to go back to see how it had changed.

This picture is doing double duty today. I submit it as a 365, but it is a photo to support a discussion I'm having with a friend.

And for the curious, this is still a great way to listen to music.
