Getting back into the swing of things with my camera after such a long hiatus. Just love these great big silos that they included/left as part of the redevelopment of the waterfront area in too... wait for it....Silo Park! Auckland, New Zealand.

Taken a wee while back, winter 2009...my first attempt at HDR. Seoul, South Korea. Looked quite good when I printed it out at the digital print shop, off to get a frame now.. :-)

I just joined the library today, after ten years in Korea it is good to have access to English books again. Perks of being home I guess. Borrowed some Photoshop technique books and this photo is the result. A composite of three images, the main photo...a statue (which I shot in Busan a while back), plus some texture and Bokeah that I got from: www.flickr.com/photos/lesbrumes/ Thanks to Lesbrumes for sharing your textures.

Just realized my pro account has expired and my last upload to Flickr was late in 09. Gosh, have I been away from Flickr for that long?.

Finally I got out to Yonggunsa, a beautiful temple by the sea near Busan (Korea). Funnily the most interesting image I saw was this couple on a bridge, More images to come....

I've never seen a brown preying mantis before. Busan, South Korea.
