Chickens

    The adult chickens at Laura's farm in Missoula.
    They are happy chickens. They are also organic chickens, but not certified. Did you know that to certify your chickens as organic you must also certify the compost/kitchen scraps you feed to them as organic? I guess it totally makes sense, it just seems a bit absurd somehow.
